The SEEP (Student Educational Empowerment Program) is an academic and mentorship initiative by First India Foundation, aimed at enabling students from all backgrounds to access world-class higher education and career opportunities. The program supports students enrolled in leading institutions such as IIT Madras, IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, IIT Patna, and IIT Jodhpur through structured offline classrooms, expert faculty, and continuous academic mentorship aligned with NEP 2020.

Fully managed, controlled, and funded by First India Foundation, The SEEP operates as a non – commercial, non – profit educational mission. The Foundation oversees all academic, administrative, and financial activities to ensure transparency, integrity, and student-first governance. With no profit motive, the initiative focuses solely on empowering learners, building employability, and creating confident, future-ready graduates through equal access to quality education.
