The SEEP Objectives
The SEEP is founded on the belief that education should not merely be a means of acquiring degrees but a process of holistic development that leads to employability, innovation, and social contribution. Its objectives are designed to align with the vision of NEP 2020 and the mission of creating future-ready IITian graduates.
1. Academic Empowerment:
To provide structured academic support through classroom teaching, mentorship, and bridge programs that help students successfully pursue IIT degrees.
2. Skill Development & Employability
To integrate 21st-century skills—communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, data science & AI/ML —within the academic framework to make every student industry-ready.
3. Inclusive Education
To ensure participation from students across social and regional backgrounds, with a special focus on girls’ education and empowerment through the IITian Beti Yojana.
